Districtwide MTSS Framework
Schools were implementing intervention and support practices inconsistently, resulting in varying levels of access and support for students across the district.
Developed a district-wide MTSS framework, implementation tools, intervention guidance, and progress-monitoring structures to create greater coherence and consistency.

Advanced Learning Expansion
District leaders sought to expand access to rigorous coursework and increase participation in Advanced Placement programs, particularly among historically underrepresented student groups.
Managed district-wide AP expansion efforts, supported schools in implementation, secured grant funding, strengthened identification practices, and monitored program outcomes.
- AP test participation increased from approximately 12,000 to 15,000 students.
- AP course enrollment increased from 8.6% to 10.7%.
- More than $580,000 in AP-related funding and grant resources managed.
- Expanded college readiness pathways for students across the district.
- Expanded college access and postsecondary readiness for first-generation students.
Leadership Residency Program
District leaders identified a need for sustainable leadership pipelines to prepare future principals and strengthen succession planning efforts.
Designed and launched the Leadership Residency Program in partnership with district leadership to strengthen leadership pipelines and prepare future school leaders.
