NorthStar Leadership Partners is expanding its Consultant Network to support independent, project-based engagements with schools, districts, educational organizations, and community partners.
We are seeking experienced professionals whose backgrounds align with one or more of our core capability areas.

Who We Welcome
NorthStar welcomes professionals with experience across P–20 education, including schools and districts, higher education, educator and leadership preparation programs, leadership residencies, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, community-based organizations, research institutions, and consulting firms.
Applicants will be considered based on their experience, depth of expertise, leadership capacity, consulting readiness, and ability to independently lead or support high-quality client work.
Note: These are independent, project-based consulting opportunities. Responsibilities, compensation, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be established in writing for each engagement.
